Project Type: Our client, a global leader in the provision of technology hardware and specialized software products engaged ICI to recruit a number of staff to increase headcount across one business line. The idea of the project was to identify, headhunt and recruit top-tier personal from competition, who came with a heritage of success of technical experitise in the given area as well as maintain a level of anonymity for our client during the recruitment process. ICI successfully recruited 5 of the 7 open positions, with the other 2 hires relocating internally.

Project Type: Our client is a globally recognized player in the provision of consulting services and systems integration across all core market sectors. Due to the evident boom in both conventional and Islamic banking in the region at the time, they were looking to ramp up their financial services consulting capacity across the region in line with a number of specific strategies & consulting and PMO projects their US counterparts had already won in various parts of the Middle East. ICI were tasked with supplying all start-up resources from the Director level down over the course of a 6 month period.
